  • This week may be a good time to catch up if you have fallen behind on your study plan.

Tuesday

(1-2 hours)
  • Pre-read Biology 2: Systems Lecture 2 (The Nervous System).

Wednesday

(0 hours)
  • Take a break—DO NOTHING MCAT-related.

Thursday

(2-3 hours)
  • Read Biology 2: Systems Lecture 2 (The Nervous System) with a highlighter and pen. Take notes.
  • Take In-class Exam for Biology 2: Systems Lecture 2. Review it.

Friday

(0 hours)
  • Take a break—DO NOTHING MCAT-related.

Saturday

(Optional: 1-2 hours)
  • Catch up on any missed study days, if needed.
  • Take questions 35-67 from the AAMC MCAT Section Bank: Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems.(Optional)
  • Retake then review any questions you got wrong or guessed on according to the guidelines. Reinforce content as needed.
