Monday

(2-3 hours)
  • Pre-read Chemistry Lecture 7 (Acids and Bases), Psychology & Sociology Lecture 3 (Identity and the Individual), Physics Lecture 5 (Waves: Sound and Light), and Biology 2: Systems Lecture 5 (The Digestive and Excretory Systems).

Tuesday

(2-3 hours)
  • Read Chemistry Lecture 7 (Acids and Bases) with a highlighter and pen. Take notes.
  • Take In-class Exam for Chemistry Lecture 7. Review it.

Wednesday

(2-3 hours)
  • Read Psychology & Sociology Lecture 3 (Identity and the Individual) with a highlighter and pen. Take notes.
  • Take In-class Exam for Psychology & Sociology Lecture 3. Review it.

Thursday

(2-3 hours)
  • Read Physics Lecture 5 (Waves: Sound and Light) with a highlighter and pen. Take notes.
  • Take In-class Exam for Physics Lecture 5. Review it.

Friday

(2-3 hours)
  • Read Biology 2: Systems Lecture 5 (The Digestive and Excretory Systems) with a highlighter and pen. Take notes.
  • Take In-class Exam for Biology 2: Systems Lecture 5. Review it.

Saturday

(Optional: 1-2 hours)
  • Catch up on any missed study days, if needed.
  • Take questions 68-100 from the AAMC MCAT Section Bank: Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems.(Optional)
  • Retake then review any questions you got wrong or guessed on according to the guidelines. Reinforce content as needed.
